Extract from the general sales conditions
The present general terms and conditions of sale apply between the Régie Municipale des Grands Bains du Monêtier, SIRET number 210 500 799 00155, hereinafter referred to as "the Establishment", and any natural person accessing one of the establishment's services, hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer", whether the purchase is made on site or remotely.
PURPOSE
The purpose of the present terms and conditions is to define the terms and conditions of sale between the Establishment and the Purchaser, from purchase to payment and consumption of the service. They regulate all the stages necessary for the purchase on site, the placing of the web order and ensure the follow-up between the contracting parties for all the services of the Baths, the treatment institute and the boutique (cf. exhaustive list of services and prices available at the Grands Bains du Monêtier reception desk).
On-site or remote purchase, then access to the establishment implies the knowledge and acceptance by the Buyer, of the entirety of these general conditions of sale and use, without prejudice to the usual means of recourse.
The Buyer declares that he/she is at least 18 years old and has the legal capacity or parental authorization to place an order on the site or to make a purchase on site.
The Régie Municipale des Grands Bains du Monêtier shall not be bound by any provision contrary to the special conditions of sale unless it has been expressly accepted by the Régie Municipale des Grands Bains du Monêtier beforehand.
Extract from the rules and regulations
The Grands Bains du Monêtier benefit from a natural hot spring at 44°C, which is used for relaxation in its aquatic complex. The rules governing use of the facilities and pools are designed to ensure safety, order, hygiene and respect for the establishment. The facility comprises the following areas: A reception area, a boutique, a restaurant-bar with terrace, a beauty care and massage area. Les Grands Bains": indoor aquatic area with peripheral areas: frigidarium, tepidarium, caldarium, hammam, jacuzzi, 60°C sauna, musical grotto, mineral pool, aquatic activity pool, bubble beds, hot marble benches, outdoor aquatic area, solarium, walking corridors.
