Gift vouchers are valid for admission to the Spa, treatments and massages, as well as to the boutique.
Give the freedom to choose from our world of well-being with our gift vouchers:
- A la carte gift vouchers: Select a specific service to offer, as you wish.
- Fixed-value vouchers: Choose the amount of your choice, valid for all our services (admissions, treatments, boutique) and redeemable in one or more instalments.
After your purchase, the gift voucher will be sent to you by email, ready to be printed or sent directly to the recipient.
Important information
Rules for using gift vouchers :
Our gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and cannot be extended
They are transferable but non-refundable
In the event of duly justified impossibility, an extension of 6 months maximum may be granted by the sales department, subject to a €10 handling fee.
We would be grateful if you could make anappointment in advance so that we can honor your gift voucher. Unavailability of a treatment slot will not be grounds for extension or reimbursement
For treatments: in the event of cancellation of the reservation by the beneficiary within the period stipulated (48 hours) by our general terms and conditions of sale, the deposit (30% of the amount) will be deducted from the value of the gift voucher
For baths: in the event of cancellation of the reservation by the beneficiary within the time specified (day D before 10am) in our general terms and conditions of sale, the gift voucher will be deemed to have been used

By purchasing a gift voucher, you acknowledge that you are fully aware of these rules. No refunds will be made.
