Reservations for Grands Bains admission are essential all year round to ensure guaranteed access.

How to make a reservation:

  1. Create your customer account

  2. Choose your service from the drop-down menu

  3. Add all the services of your choice to your basket

  4. Confirm your basket

  5. Pay your order to confirm your reservation

Reservations for treatments are compulsory and can be made by completing the reservation request form. Once you have filled in the form, our team in charge of managing treatment reservations will contact you to schedule your desired treatment in the time slot that suits you best.

Beach shorts are forbidden for men. Only tight-fitting shorts or briefs are permitted.

Maillots

In order to guarantee a warm welcome to all our customers, children are only allowed in certain slots, depending on their age.

  • For health reasons, children under 9 months of age are not admitted to the Grands Bains.

  • Children aged between 9 and 35 months are only allowed in the mornings, for 2:00 am maximum, with entry until 12:00 pm.

  • Children under 14 years of age are admitted, except for Zen time slots

🎈 Matin Récré - Family fun time

Every Wednesday morning from 10am to 12pm, the Grands Bains du Monêtier welcome you to a time slot specially dedicated to families: Matin Récré.

Floating water games are set up in the large indoor pool to share a fun-filled moment with your children. Laughter guaranteed!

⚠️ This time slot is lively and does not guarantee serenity. For a calmer atmosphere, opt for the Zen sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm.

🧘‍♀️ Zen slots - Calm and well-being

Want to refocus in a soothing setting? This summer, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm, the Grands Bains du Monêtier are offering Zen sessions dedicated to serenity.

During these special moments :

  • Children under 14 are not admitted
  • The atmosphere is gentle, quiet and restful
  • Perfect for relaxing after a hike or simply slowing down

Good to know

  • We advise you to bring your own towel, but if you don't have one, we can rent one from the store for €5 (subject to availability)

  • Bathing caps and flip-flops are not compulsory.

  • If you're coming with your family or children, we have armbands and diapers available in the boutique.

  • All holders of a CMI card (parking, priority or disability) receive a 20% discount on the public rate for admission to the Grands Bains area. If the card also specifies that "a companion is required", a 50% discount will be applied to the companion's admission, as long as the companion uses the same product as the cardholder.

  • Reservations are essential for guaranteed access.

The reception, Grands Bains and Spa areas are accessible to all persons with reduced mobility. To access the elevator, please ask our receptionists. However, it is advisable to be accompanied by an able-bodied person for certain activities.

We only accept cash, credit cards and ANCV vacation vouchers (paper version).

A few rules to observe

  • For men, beach shorts are forbidden. Only close-fitting shorts or swimming trunks are permitted. If you don't have what you need, we have a store where you can discover our wide range of swimwear for men, women and children, approved by our establishment.
  • The use of cell phones and other connected devices in the pools is prohibited.
  • For everyone's peace of mind, please respect the calm in the pools.
  • You will also be reminded of these rules when you check out.

On site

  1. Different queues are specified depending on whether you have booked a treatment, Grands Bains admission or not.

  2. The time for access to the Grands Bains is counted from the moment you swipe your card at the entrance, after your checkout.

  3. Our hosts and hostesses will remind you how it works when you check out.

  4. To complete your visit, we have a restaurant, La Terrasse, where you can enjoy a gourmet break before or after relaxing at the Grands Bains in a cocooning atmosphere.

  5. You're also welcome to visit our boutique , where you'll find a wide range of cosmetics, specializing in mountain plants, natural products and local cometology.
