Since the dawn of time, the naturally warm waters of Le Monêtier les Bains have provided a wealth of benefits. As early as the 4th century, the earliest records show that the Romans were already familiar with the springs and their properties... Today, the Grands Bains du Monêtier are dedicated to well-being. They benefit from naturally warm water gushing out at 44°. The water is calcitic, magnesian, ferruginous and rich in minerals, with virtues for the care of skin, body and mind.

- ROMAN TRILOGY: Immerse yourself in our trilogy inspired by Roman baths—the Caldarium, the Tepidarium, and the Frigidarium—for an exceptional wellness experience. Start with the Caldarium, a hot bath at 38–42°C, a true cocoon of warmth that promotes deep relaxation. Continue the experience in the Tepidarium, where a gentle heat of 28–34°C envelops the body for soothing relaxation. Finish in the Frigidarium, where the cool water at 15–20°C invigorates and tones the body.
- HAMMAM: Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation in our hammam, a place of purification renowned for its comprehensive detoxifying effects. With an ideal temperature between 38°C and 42°C, enjoy a revitalizing experience for both body and mind.
- OUTDOOR SAUNA: Known for its stress-relieving properties, the sauna is also valued for improving sleep and alleviating skin problems. Unlike the hammam, it emits dry heat with low humidity, ranging from 3% to 20%. Enjoy our outdoor sauna, specially designed to allow everyone—from first-timers to regulars—to experience this wellness treatment, with a moderate temperature ranging from 58°C to 62°C.
- AMPHORA POOL: For optimal muscle preparation before any physical or recreational activity, take a dip in our amphora pool, designed to welcome you with temperate water. The temperature is pleasant, ranging from 26°C to 30°C, ideal for a moment of relaxation before exercise.
- MUSICAL CAVE: Discover our musical cave, where music, lights, and warm water combine to soothe body and mind. Lying on your back with your ears submerged underwater, let yourself be enveloped by the soothing effects of relaxing music. A truly enjoyable and relaxing experience accessible to everyone. The water temperature in the musical grotto ranges from 35°C to 40°C.
- MINERAL POOL: The mineral pool, in harmony with its surroundings, invites you to enjoy an intense hydromassage. This immersion combines mineral salts and trace elements to provide deep, rejuvenating relaxation. The water temperature is maintained between 35°C and 40°C, ideal for a moment of absolute well-being.
- WARM MARBLE SLABs: The gentle warmth of the warm marble slabs helps relax the body while stimulating and releasing energy points. The benefits are numerous: they promote blood circulation and help combat water retention, offering a complete wellness experience.
