As early as the 4th century, the earliest records show that the Romans were already familiar with the springs and their properties... Today, the Grands Bains du Monêtier are dedicated to well-being. They benefit from naturally warm water gushing out at 44°. The water is calcitic, magnesian, ferruginous and rich in minerals, with virtues for the care of skin, body and mind.

- ROMAN TRILOGY: Immerse yourself in our trilogy inspired by Roman thermal baths: Caldarium, Tepidarium and Frigidarium, for an exceptional wellness experience. Start with the Caldarium, a 38-42°C hot bath, a cocoon of warmth for deep relaxation. Extend the experience in the Tepidarium, where gentle heat of 28-34°C envelops the body for soothing relaxation. Finish with the Frigidarium, where cool water at 15-20°C invigorates and tones the body.

Unlike the hammam, it diffuses dry heat with a low humidity level of between 3% and 20%. Take advantage of our discovery sauna, specially designed to enable everyone, novices and regulars alike, to enjoy this wellness experience, with a moderate temperature of between 58°C and 62°C.
