ROMAN TRILOGY
Discover our trilogy inspired by Roman thermal baths: the Frigidarium, Tepidarium and Caldarium, for the ultimate relaxation experience. Start your wellness journey in the Frigidarium, where cool water between 15°C and 20°C tones the body. Then enjoy 15 minutes of relaxation in the Tepidarium, with gentle heat between 28°C and 34°C, ideal for gradually warming up. Last but not least, the Caldarium, a hot bath between 38°C and 42°C, a real cocoon of warmth for complete relaxation.
HAMMAM
Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation in our hammam, a purifying place renowned for complete detoxification. With an ideal temperature between 38°C and 42°C, enjoy a revitalizing experience for body and mind.
SAUNA DECOUVERTE
Renowned for its anti-stress properties, the sauna is also appreciated for improving sleep and relieving skin problems. Unlike the hammam, it diffuses dry heat with a low humidity level of between 3% and 20%.
