ROMAN TRILOGY
Immerse yourself in our trilogy inspired by Roman thermal baths: the Caldarium, Tepidarium and Frigidarium, for an exceptional wellness experience. Start with the Caldarium, a 38-42°C hot bath, a real cocoon of warmth for deep relaxation. Extend the experience in the Tepidarium, where gentle heat of 28-34°C envelops the body for soothing relaxation. Finish with the Frigidarium, where cool water at 15-20°C invigorates and tones the body.
HAMMAM
Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation in our hammam, a purifying place renowned for complete detoxification. With an ideal temperature between 38°C and 42°C, enjoy a revitalizing experience for body and mind.
SAUNA DECOUVERTE

Unlike the hammam, it diffuses dry heat with a low humidity level of between 3% and 20%. AMPHORUS BATH
