YOUR MISSIONS
The Esthétique des Grands Bains offers a wide range of sculpting, body treatments, facial and aesthetic treatments, and water treatments, both solo and duo. We have 11 treatment rooms. As a Spa Practitioner, you will provide these services according to an established appointment schedule, as part of an esthetics team of between 5 and 10 people. :
- Ensure a quality welcome, listen to and define the customer's needs, adapt the service
- Ensure customer well-being and comfort
- Ensure the upkeep of dedicated areas and cabins (prepare rooms between treatments, make sure cabins are well-maintained)

At Les Grands Bains du Monêtier, you will provide administrative and operational support to the HR and management departments, in a dynamic, seasonal environment:
- Administrative management of human resources (recruitment, contracts, personnel follow-up)
- Help manage payroll, absences and training
- Support for management: cash desk monitoring, controls and financial operations
HUMAN RESOURCES Assistant
Part-time (Master's degree in HR) or part-time - 50

YOUR MISSIONS
At Les Grands Bains du Monêtier, you will support the Human Resources department in the day-to-day management of personnel in a dynamic, seasonal establishment:
- Participation in the recruitment and integration of seasonal staff
- Personnel administration (contracts, absences, payroll, HR follow-up)
- Contribution to HR projects and social relations (training, CSE, internal communication)
