Working in a 4,500 m² wellness complex with 200,000 visitors per year in Serre-Chevalier, you will be responsible, as part of a team, for the cleanliness and reception of the site in the presence of customers:

  • Reception & customer information
  • Maintenance & disinfection of areas (changing rooms, pools, steam rooms, saunas, etc.)
  • Assist customers in changing rooms
  • Continuous maintenance of cleanliness

YOUR MISSIONS

At Les Grands Bains du Monêtier, you will support the Human Resources department in the day-to-day management of personnel in a dynamic, seasonal establishment:

  • Participation in the recruitment and integration of seasonal staff
  • Personnel administration (contracts, absences, payroll, HR follow-up)
  • Contribution to HR projects and social relations (training, CSE, internal communication)
