Receptionist/Sales Associate

Fixed-term contract

As the face of the establishment, the reception and sales team consists of receptionists responsible for greeting customers in person and over the phone, selling admission to the Grands Bains, and providing advice. Receptionists are responsible for ensuring the quality of service provided, as well as for promoting the establishment’s image.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers (in person and by phone), respond to emails
• Manage sales of access to the Grands Bains, time overages, and billing
• Guide and advise guests on the treatments and services offered, both at the front desk and at the pools
• Contribute to sales initiatives with the reception manager
