• Reception & customer information
• Maintenance & disinfection of areas (changing rooms, pools, steam rooms, saunas, etc.)
• Assist customers in changing rooms
• Continuous maintenance of cleanliness

• Administrative management of human resources (recruitment, contracts, personnel follow-up)

• Support for management: cash desk monitoring, controls and financial operations

YOUR MISSIONS

At Les Grands Bains du Monêtier, you will support the Human Resources department in the day-to-day management of personnel in a dynamic, seasonal establishment:

• Participation in the recruitment and integration of seasonal staff
• Personnel administration (contracts, absences, payroll, HR follow-up)
• Contribution to HR projects and social relations (training, CSE, internal communication)
