To book online as a PRM and accompanying person:
- Create a customer account
- Add the service "adult or child (excluding Zen slots) - partner / payment on site
- Do this as many times as there are customers with the voucher
- Validate basket
- Complete transaction (no payment will be made)
Your slot will be reserved. Payment will be made at reception with the 20% or 50% discount on presentation of the necessary documents (CMI card).
PRM accessibility at Les Grands Bains
Les Grands Bains is designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility (PRM), with elevators providing easy access to the various levels of the facility.
However, the pools do not have any specific equipment for launching PRMs into the water. To guarantee their safety and comfort, it is essential to have an attendant to help them access the pools. We do our utmost to make your experience as pleasant as possible.
A wheelchair is available on request from the lifeguards to facilitate access between the changing rooms and the pools.
