Conditions of access to the Grands Bains and to treatments and massages
To ensure a pleasant and respectful experience for all, strict hygiene and safety rules are in place at Les Grands Bains.

Bathing conditions
Bathing suits must be worn in all facilities. For your comfort, we offer a full range of swimwear, towels and accessories for sale in the store and at reception.
Swim shorts, Bermuda shorts, board shorts, thongs, monokinis, pareos, underwear or sports underwear are strictly forbidden.
For men, only swimming trunks or boxer shorts are permitted, while for women, a 1 or 2-piece swimsuit without bord-shorts is required.
Although swim caps are not compulsory, long hair must be tied back for reasons of hygiene.
Jewelry should not be worn to avoid any discomfort during your experience.
Towels and flip-flops are not allowed on the poolside and must be kept in the lockers. If you need a towel, you can rent one from the onsite store.
It is important to note that leaving the facility, even temporarily, will result in a new entry fee if you wish to return, as all exits are considered definitive.
In addition, the use of cell phones, tablets, cameras and other connected devices is strictly forbidden inside the Grands Bains to preserve the peace and confidentiality of everyone.
The pools are evacuated 15 minutes before closing time
Children's access:
Children aged 9 months to 3 years are subject to time restrictions: access to the Grands Bains is only permitted until 12:00 pm.
Children under 16 must be under the responsibility of an adult in a bathing suit, who will be responsible for their constant supervision in all areas (pools, changing rooms, showers, etc.).
Children under 15 are not allowed in the Hammam and Sauna areas.

Conditions for access to treatment
- Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time at the reception desk. Late arrivals will only be tolerated if they do not affect the smooth running of the service. If you are late, your treatment time will be reduced.
- In the event of heavy traffic at the baths reception desk, Spa customers are reminded to go directly to the dedicated reception desk to be taken care of on time.
- Beneficiaries must respect the silence zones throughout the "esthetics" area (discretion)
- In the treatment room, customers may wear the appropriate clothing provided by the staff.
- For reasons of hygiene, we require our customers to shower just before treatment.
- Loaned linen must be returned on departure.
- You must contact the reception desk to report any medical contraindications or information on your state of health (fever, serious illness, pregnancy, etc.), especially if this has changed between the time you booked your appointment and the date of your treatment.
- Cell phones are not permitted.
Information concerning children:
- Children may not accompany their parents during treatment, either in the cabin or in the waiting area. They will not be looked after by Grands Bains staff.
- The minimum age for access to treatment is 10. From 10 to 18: A legally responsible adult must accompany the teenager in the cabin during the treatment. Staff and management reserve the right to deny access to anyone who cannot justify their age.
- Pregnant women: Mothers-to-be are welcome, but many treatments are not recommended during pregnancy. Please let us know when you book your appointment so that we can offer you a suitable treatment. In particular, massages are only available from the 4th to the 8th month of pregnancy (i.e. excluding the first 3 and 9th months).
Information about valuables:
Les Grands Bains du Monêtier accepts no responsibility for the loss or theft of personal belongings throughout the spa. We recommend that you leave your valuables in the key lockers.
