Enjoy aquatic osteopathy with Emilie Joos
Imagine your body relaxing under the effect of the buoyancy of warm water, in a pool heated to 37°C. This safe, enveloping aquatic environment recreates a feeling of motherhood and absolute well-being.
In weightlessness, the body is freed from earthly constraints, allowing the practitioner to interact with you in all three dimensions of space. Warm water acts as a catalyst, creating a beneficial inversion of the body's major systems:
- Decreased heart and respiratory rates,
- Arterial vasodilation,
- Inhibition of the sympathetic nervous system,
