Gift certificates are valid for admission to Les Bains, treatments and massages, as well as at the gift shop.
Give the freedom to choose from our world of well-being with our gift vouchers:
- A la carte gift vouchers: Select a specific service to offer, as you wish.
- Fixed-value vouchers: Choose the amount of your choice, valid for all our services (admissions, treatments, boutique) and redeemable in one or more instalments.
After your purchase, the gift voucher will be sent to you by email, ready to be printed or sent directly to the recipient.
Important Information
Rules for Using Gift Certificates:
Our gift certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and cannot be extended
They are transferable but non-refundable
In the event of a duly justified inability to use the gift certificate , the sales department may grant an extension of up to 6 months; a €10 processing fee will apply.
Pleaseschedule your appointment in advance so that we can honor the gift certificate. The unavailability of a treatment slot will not constitute grounds for an extension or refund
For treatments: If the recipient cancels the reservation within the timeframe specified (48 hours) in our Terms and Conditions, the deposit (30% of the total amount) will be deducted from the value of the gift certificate
For baths: If the recipient cancels the reservation within the timeframe specified (by 10 a.m. on the day of the appointment) in our Terms and Conditions, the gift certificate will be considered redeemed
All rules regarding the use of gift certificates and the operation of our facility are set forth in our Terms and Conditions.
