Aquayoga is practised every Tuesday from 9am to 9:45am at Les Grands Bains, an ideal activity for combining the benefits of traditional yoga with the gentleness of water. This discipline works on your balance, flexibility and muscular strength, using water as a natural support. The slow, controlled movements promote deep relaxation and help release bodily tension, while improving circulation.
Aquayoga is also beneficial for the mind, offering a moment of intense relaxation and connection with oneself. Places are limited, so bookings must be made with Aija, your teacher, on 06 75 60 79 90 to guarantee your participation in this unique class.
